Annual Golf Day Brings Businesses Together to Support Bereaved Families

From LIV Golf-inspired fun at Hole 10 to incredible support from sponsors and volunteers, our annual Golf Day was a day to remember, all in aid of bereaved families.

our 2026 annual golf day at the belfry

On Thursday 30th July 2026 we welcomed teams from across the local and national business community for a day of friendly competition, networking and fundraising, all while helping to ensure no family has to face their grief alone.

Together, we raised over £15,500 for The Bodie Hodges Foundation. This amazing amount of funds wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity and support all our teams, so thank you!

This year, we introduced some exciting new LIV Golf-inspired touches at Hole 10, creating a real buzz on the course and giving participants an extra memorable experience. The atmosphere throughout the day was incredible, with plenty of laughter and friendly rivalry!

Congratulations to Malibu Madness our winning team for 2026!

Malones Marvels came in 2nd and Weareretail A in 3rd.

Events like this simply would not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors.

We would like to extend our thanks to our Headline Sponsor – WJ

Thank you to our Event  Sponsor – Cornerstone

Thank you to our Hole Sponsors

All of the teams played a huge role in making the day such a success, and we are incredibly grateful for their commitment to helping bereaved families access the specialist support they need.

We would also like to thank our wonderful volunteers who joined us on the day including Alex, Ben and Mark from NatWest as well as volunteers from Market Harborough Building Society and Morro Partnerships, who generously gave their time to support the event. Thank you for helping with registration and our challenge holes to ensure the day ran smoothly!

Every pound raised through our Golf Day will help fund our free specialist bereavement services, including 1-1 counselling, peer support groups, memory-making activities and resources for families following the death of a child aged 24 weeks gestation up to 25 years old.

We look forward to welcoming you back next year!
